兒童青少年精神科

沿革

一般精神科於民國78年和老年精神科及兒童青少年精神科，由精神部之精神科衍生而出，負責22歲以上至64歲以下之成人精神疾患的醫療業務及相關之教學研究工作。身心復建科於92年12月下旬因科主任李鶯喬到任再度開放，原屬一般精神科之日間留院歸入此類。

編制與人員

本科目前有主治醫師6人(包括部主任在內)，資深住院醫師2人，住院醫師12人，科主任蔡世仁醫師。

醫療業務概況

1.	負責照顧急性病房之精神疾患(約佔所有床位2/3)，平均每個月住院65人次。急性病房之醫師為張凱理醫師(D020)，洪成志醫師(D030)，蔡世仁醫師(D040)，周元華醫師(D020)，白雅美醫師(D020)。周元華醫師兼管部份會診業務，另楊雅明心理師兼任大德安寧病房之心理治療業務。
2.	本科每週的門診診次為一般精神科門診(24診)、失眠及身心特別門診(10診)、以及心理治療特別門診(1診)，並支援關渡3個門診、中心診所四個門診。
3.	臨床心理治療業務主要由張凱理醫師醫師負責並指導住院醫師。
4.	對於治療困難之憂鬱症，本科引進重複透顱刺激術，蘇東平主任負責，療效顯著。
5.	本科洪成志醫師與婦產部合作成立遺傳基因諮詢門診。

教學與訓練

1.	本科依主治醫師個人之興趣和訓練背景，發展成次專科之領域。包括蘇東平主任(腦影像學、精神內分泌學及精神藥理學)、張凱理醫師(心理治療)、蔡世仁醫師(精神藥理學和分子生物醫學)、洪成志醫師(分子遺傳實驗室和分子醫學)、周元華(腦影像學)、白雅美醫師(精神藥理學、精神流病學和網路精神醫學)。
2.	負責各級住院醫師、實習、見習醫師之課程訓練。

研究與創新

1.	依各科主治醫師之專長和興趣積極推動研究，並與教研部和陽明大學合作進行分子遺傳基因研究，並與臨床疾病整合。腦照影研究小組與放射線部及核子醫學部合作，針對各種精神疾病進行腦影像研究。積極參與陽明大學社區醫學中心之震災後失眠和創傷後症候群之追蹤流行病學等研究，研究題目、計畫及發表論文在學術研究部份詳列之。
2.	本科張凱理醫師專精於自體心理學及心理治療，結合由本科畢業之精神科醫師成立心理治療發展研究小組，並提供住院醫師之心理治療的督導工作。
3.	重覆透顱刺激術γTMS由蘇東平主任主持，工作重點在於對治療困難憂鬱症療效之雙盲試驗，短暫認知功能之改變研究及利用腦波變化了解γTMS之作用機轉。
4.	洪成志醫師建立憂鬱症動物模式，其研究技術獲國內及國外之專利，並利用分子生物技術尋找與此憂鬱症相關之基因，成效卓著。
5.	蔡世仁醫師專注於藥物分子生物醫學之研究。
6.	繼續推展認知功能的研究。
